Sunrise

Dear Readers,

Every morning, the sun rises and a new day begins.

New vibrant colors of orange, red, and yellow stream through the sky, as if a fresh canvas has been painted.

Sometimes, we get stuck in routines, habits, or patterns and life may feel stagnant. We may feel stuck.

However, every day provides opportunity for change and growth.

There are so many seconds, minutes, and hours in a day. It can be crazy how quickly things can change.

It is never too late to start fresh, change, and grow.

Each day, the sun resets, just like us.

And we begin a new day. Maybe a new us.

It all begins at sunrise.
