Stars

Dear Readers,

There’s a quote by Vincent Van Gogh, “For my part I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of the stars makes me dream.”

In life, we’re never really too certain of anything. We do not exactly know what the future holds, where we will go, who we will meet, what we will do, etc.

As we age and mature, we develop an idea of where we would like to go, but none of us are fully sure. We just keep going and see how we feel, develop, and learn along the way.

Sometimes when I look at the stars, I trust the way they make shapes, and I trust life to fall into place. Something about the beauty of the vast sky and universe at night makes me think that life can’t simply be random.

Maybe there is a reason why you experience what you do and meet the people you meet. You can never be certain why or know what is coming.

However, you can be certain that you can trust life. I try to trust it.

You can also be certain that life will not simply hand you what you want. You must work for what you want.

I’ve learned that nothing good comes easy. But the universe rewards hard work.

Keep trusting. Keep working.

Look up at the stars and know that they are aligning in your favor. Somehow. Some way.
